  1. JTRH application form (Please fill in the form in English or Chinese).
  2. A colorful scan of personal information page of the applicant’s valid passport. Please provide the copy of the visa page and the entry page if the applicant is in China.
  3. Recent passport size photo (35mm*45mm) of white background.
  4. Copy of applicant’s highest level diploma or pre-graduation certificate. (The photocopy or notarized English or Chinese copy.)
  5. Copies of the Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form valid in half year (the original copy should be kept by the applicant).
  6. Official academic transcripts of the applicant’s highest diploma (If the original text is not in Chinese, a notarized translation should be provided).
  7. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs are required to have HSK.
  8. Applicants for English-taught programs should meet the following criteria: IELTS, TOEFL. Except for English-speaking countries.
  9. Recommendation letters of professors or associate professors. (with signature, phone number and email address)
  10. Study plan (no less than 1500 words) written in English or Chinese, including study/working experience, application reasons and research plan.
  11. No criminal record certificate.
  12. Supervisor acceptance letter.(Master/PHD)
  13. Certificate of employment (If applicant had worked ever).
  14. Other materials (Published academic papers or achievement etc.)
