5. Zhejiang University School of Medicine
It used to be Zhejiang Medical University. After it was merged into Zhejiang University China, it has invested a lot in medicine. The medical school has a strong momentum of development, and its ranking has risen very fast. Now the strength is constantly improving, with 7 affiliated hospitals.
6. Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology
Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology is one of the old medical schools in China. It was originally Tongji Medical University. After the merger, its strength is not as good as before. Its public health school ranks first in the country and is quite strong. Now there are 3 directly affiliated hospitals and 10 non-directly affiliated hospitals.
7. Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine
The comprehensive strength of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine ranks among the top in the country. It is the country’s most comprehensive medical university with the largest scale, second to none in the southwest. The School of Stomatology is the signature of the West China Medical Center of Sichuan University and the first dental hospital in China. It now has 4 affiliated hospitals.
9. Zhongshan School of Medicine, Sun Yat-Sen University
The Zhongshan Medical College of Sun Yat-sen University is the leading medical school in South China. 10. Xiangya Medical College, Central South University
Xiangya Medical College of Central South University is a prestigious and established medical school. Its ESI (Basic Scientific Indicators) ranks among the top 1% of the world in four disciplines: clinical medicine, pharmacology and toxicology, biology and biochemistry, neuroscience and behavioral science. It has 6 colleges, 5 directly affiliated hospitals, 2 non-directly affiliated hospitals, and 24 clinical teaching bases.
