- JTRH application form (Please fill in the form in English or Chinese).
- A colorful scan of personal information page of the applicant’s valid passport. Please provide the copy of the visa page and the entry page if the applicant is in China.
- Recent passport size photo (35mm*45mm) of white background.
- Copy of applicant’s highest level diploma or pre-graduation certificate. (The photocopy or notarized English or Chinese copy.)
- Copies of the Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form valid in half year (the original copy should be kept by the applicant).
- Official academic transcripts of the applicant’s highest diploma (If the original text is not in Chinese, a notarized translation should be provided).
- Applicants for Chinese-taught programs are required to have HSK.
- Applicants for English-taught programs should meet the following criteria: IELTS, TOEFL. Except for English-speaking countries.
- Recommendation letters of professors or associate professors. (with signature, phone number and email address)
- Study plan (no less than 1500 words) written in English or Chinese, including study/working experience, application reasons and research plan.
- No criminal record certificate.
- Supervisor acceptance letter.（Master/PHD）
- Certificate of employment (If applicant had worked ever).
- Other materials (Published academic papers or achievement etc.)
